COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Dec. 9, 2022) – USA Volleyball is announcing that Salt Lake City will host the 2025 USA Volleyball Girls 18s Junior National Championship on April 25-27 at the Calvin L. Rampton Salt Palace Convention Center.
“We are excited to be bringing our Girls 18s National Championship to Salt Lake City for the first time,” said USA Volleyball President and CEO Jamie Davis. “Salt Lake City has become a home for several of USA Volleyball’s qualifiers and championships over the past few years and is always favorably received by the athletes, coaches, officials and fans. I want to thank Sports Salt Lake and the Utah Sports Commission for their tremendous support.”
Clay Partain, Executive Director, Sports Salt Lake, added, “The Girls 18s Junior Nationals is an event we have eagerly been looking to host in Salt Lake for years. We cannot wait to welcome these elite athletes and families to our mountain city!”
The Girls 18s Junior National Championship is an annual event that offers club players competing at the top age range a chance to face teams from around the country.
In 2025, the Girls 18s event will be in its 10th year as a stand-alone national championship. More than 350 teams are expected to compete in seven divisions, bringing thousands of players, staff, family and friends to the city.
The 2023 Girls 18s National Championship will be in Columbus, Ohio. Qualifiers for that event can be viewed on the USA Volleyball Event Calendar.
